I was just wondering what you can recommend with following any specific diets to help conceive a child?

Eating a well balanced diet and eliminating or at least limiting nicotine, alcohol and caffeine is a good start. There is some good information on diet on the healthy fertility website.

I believe in a natural way of nutrition. Eating vegetables and fruits would help a lot. I suggest you don't take any medicine for this because medicines will cause side effects and thus increasing the possibility of not conceiving a child. Proper exercise and proper nutrition will help a lot.

Being pregnant is a period in the woman’s life when she's permitted to consume a little a lot more than when she's not pregnant, therefore it might be wonderful for her to listen to that if she would like to possess a boy, besides she have to know exactly what foods to consume to get pregnant a boy, she must eat much more of them. A few recent surveys have demonstrated that if women that are pregnant take in hundreds of more calories each day that she is more prone to have a son. Therefore, if you certainly wish to have a boy, then try to consume much more calories everyday. Make sure to consume foods that are healthy for you and never empty calories.
